How Do I Get My Money Back on Poshmark?
Poshmark has a limited number of ways to get your money back on an order.
All sales are final. However you do have 3 hours to cancel an accidental purchase on your own to receive a refund. You can also message the seller and explain to them your situation and ask them to cancel your order.
Be aware that shipped orders and orders placed through an offer cannot be cancelled.
The only other way to get your money back is to open a case if you do not receive an item or the item you receive is not as described within the listing.
Once you receive an item that you have purchased through Poshmark you have 3 days to inspect and rate it. If you receive an item that is not in the condition described in the listing then you can file a return or open a case as long as its within the 3 days of the delivery date.
Returns/refunds cannot be processed if the item has been marked as received by the buyer.
Returns are not accepted for
- Fit Issues
- No longer want the item
- Delayed delivery
Poshmark has a process in place where they will work with you through the refund process.
