How to upgrade a Poshmark shipping label?

When you sell an item or bundle that is over 5lbs on poshmark you will be required to upgrade your Poshmark shipping label. Poshmark makes shipping easy for sellers by providing a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label once an item sells. All poshmark labels cover packages up to 5lbs, however when a package goes over 5lbs, the seller will be required to upgrade the shipping label to cover the additional weight.

How to upgrade a Shipping label on Poshmark?

Go to your account tab or click on your profile picture.
Select My Sales.
Find and open the order that you need to upgrade the shipping label for.
Click on Upgrade your label.
From the dropdown menu click on the appropriate weight that coordinates with your package.
Click next.
The additional fee will be charged to the sellers account balance.
Poshmark will email a new label to you.

Who pays for upgraded shipping on Poshmark?

The seller assumes the additional cost when upgrading a shipping label on poshmark.

Shipping Discount in a listing

Create or edit a listing.
Select a shipping discount.
- Options include No discount, $5.95 shipping, $4.99 shipping, or free shipping.
- The difference in the shipping cost is assumed by the seller and comes out of the sellers earnings.
Publish the listing.
Free and discounted shipping listings will have a shipping icon on the listing once published.

Making Offers to Likers

Find the listing that you want to send offers on.
Click into the listing.
Click Offer/Price Drop.
Click Offer to Likers.
Enter your offer price.
Click on Discounted Shipping.
Choose between no discount, $5.95 shipping, $4.99 shipping or free shipping.
Click Submit. Offers with shipping discounts will be sent to all likers.

Does Poshmark allow Shipping to PO Boxes?

Yes, Poshmark allows shipping to PO Boxes. Just use the pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label emailed to you. You don’t have to do anything different.

Does Poshmark allow International Shipping?

No, currently Poshmark does not allow international shipping. Sellers in the US can only ship to US addresses and Canadian sellers can only ship to Canada addresses.

How to change shipping label size on Poshmark?

Poshmark allows 2 different paper sizes to print your shipping labels, 8.5″ x 11″ or 4″ x 6″. 8.5″ x 11″ can be used for all standard printers with paper or adhesive shipping labels. 4″ x 6″ are used in specialized label printers.

Click on your profile picture.
Select Account Settings.
Click on Shipping Label Settings.
Click on the appropriate Paper size.

What if I don’t have a printer?

Don’t worry, Poshmark offers QR codes that can be scanned directly at USPS. USPS will scan the code and print the label for you. Affix to your package and ship.
You can change your shipping label format from printable labels to QR codes within your account settings. Of if you have a problem with printing a label that was emailed to you, you can get a QR code from within your order page.
