You are reading this post because you are searching how to block a buyer on eBay?
As a reseller on eBay I understand the frustration with few buyers who annoy you with low ball offers and even bad feedback that affect your store negatively. I also understand that the best solution is to block them and never have to deal with them again, but remember that customers are always demanding and providing a good customer service can be hard sometimes, so please don’t abuse this feature and block a customer just because they are asking you questions you don’t feel like answering, and only block a buyer who “gives you hard time”.
To block a buyer on eBay, follow these simple steps:
- Go to ebay.com
- Log In to your account
- Click Help & Contact in the top left corner of your screen
- In the search box enter Block a buyer
- Click the Block a buyer button
- Enter the member’s user ID or email address in the Blocked buyer list
- Click Submit
If you decide to block more than on buyer, Separate user IDs or email addresses with a comma.
