I also understand that the best solution is to block them and never have to deal with them again, but remember that customers are always demanding and providing a good customer service can be hard sometimes, so please don’t abuse this feature and block a customer just because they are asking you questions you don’t feel like answering, and only block a buyer who “gives you hard time”.

To block a buyer on eBay, follow these simple steps:

• Go to ebay.com
• Log In to your account
• Click Help & Contact in the top left corner of your screen
• In the search box enter Block a buyer
• Click the Block a buyer button
• Enter the member’s user ID or email address in the Blocked buyer list
• Click Submit

If you decide to block more than on buyer, Separate user IDs or email addresses with a comma.

To Unblock someone on eBay, follow these simple steps:

• Visit ebay.com
• Sign In with your account information
• Select Help & Contact in the top left corner of your screen
• Enter block a buyer in the search box
• Select  Block a buyer button
• Delete the buyer’s user ID or email address from the Blocked buyer list
• Click Submit
