To Cancel an order on the Poshmark App, follow these simple steps:

• Click on your @username
• Select My Sales
• Select the order you want to cancel
• Click Problems/Order Inquiry 
• Select Cancel Order
• Describe your reason for the cancellation

Cancel an order on the Poshmark Website:

• Sign in to your account
• Click your profile picture at the top-right of the page
• Click My Sales
• Select the order you want to cancel
• Click Problems/Order Inquiry
• Select Cancel Order
• Select your reason for the cancellation from the drop-down menu
• Submit your cancellation request
