To cancel an order on Facebook Marketplace, follow these simple steps:
- Go to your Facebook News Feed

Click Marketplace

Click Your Account
-
Select Purchased Orders
-
Click the order you want to cancel

Click Request to cancel order
Need To Know:
- You can return an item within 30 days of the purchase.
- If the order has more than one item, canceling one item will cancel the whole order.
- It’s up to the seller to accept your cancellation request.
- Final sale items aren’t returnable.
